Agentplace is a startup with several unique characteristics. We are a small remote team of skilled individuals who operate with high intensity. Please expect a high iteration rate and fast-paced decision-making based on data.

You should be capable of solving the tasks completely, starting from a discussion with the team to programming, testing, performing validation, and delivering. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and engineering tasks. You will work closely with the founders (CTO and CEO).

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for creating and refining synthetic datasets using OpenAI O1 and GPT-4, fine-tuning and training GPT-4o and Llama, and automatic result validation. We work with text and code data, but having experience with other modalities can be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt engineering agent-like systems.
• Developing and maintaining necessary synthetic datasets to train AI models.
• Fine-tuning third-party AI models like GPT-4o, O-1.
• Collaboration with CEO/CTO to identify opportunities to improve product performance, UI/UX, etc.
